Data Confidentiality

Your data is confidential and processed in accordance with GDPR and labor laws. The employer has no legitimate basis to request membership data, except when explicitly required by law (e.g., representativeness determination procedures).

Anonymous Application

Anonymous application is possible (without name); you can leave only email for communication. Everything else remains completely confidential.

After Representativeness

After representativeness: confidentiality in internal records remains; for public representation and negotiations representatives are identified; representatives have special protection (e.g., protection from unfavorable treatment).

Technical Protection

We use encryption, RBAC access control, audit logs with timestamps, and EU hosting (Supabase Ireland). Two-person rule for critical operations.
